a quick trip to aulla

It's amazing how sometimes you manage to take the best pictures when you least expect it. This morning we went to pick up my grandmother's old "bureau" which I inherited when she passed away last year. It was brought here by some very friendly Danes who live on the top of a mountain near Aulla in Tuscany. So, off we went from Florence to get the bureau and on the way I managed to take these pics with my iPhone. All pics were taken while we were driving and on top of it through a closed window! With the instagram filter RISE I transformed them into these (I think) very lovely pictures.

  2. Ciao Murissa!

Happy to have you here. And you have the honor of being the first person to comment on my new blog :-) This new blog is mostly going to be a photography blog. By time I would like to unite all my blogs in one (this one!). I will still blog about my favorite places in Copenhagen and Florence (and other cities), but my blog posts on "a dusty olive green" will be a little more photos and a little less words, since photography is my number 1 passion. I hope you will keep coming back! And do spread the word to other people who might be interested.

    Ciao
    Birgitte
