It's Sunday evening, another week has passed by, and it's time to sum up, what I've been up to.
I'm still in Copenhagen, and I have enjoyed my vacation to the fullest. I have just returned from a lovely day at the Tivoli gardens together with Matilde, my dad and his companion. The weather was just perfect, warm and sunny, and it was wonderful to just walk around the park, try a few things with Matilde, and of course snap a few iPhone pics.
Speaking about iPhone pics, I am slowly abandoning Instagram, not the app, but the filters. I'm kind of tired of the usual look they give, so I am beginning to edit my iPhone pics in VSCO and then upload them to Instagram.
While I think Instagram will continue to stay the number one app in terms of iPhone photography and sharing, I think VSCO is really great in terms of photo editing, because it is so much more flexible. You can adjust exposure and contrast and you can decide the level of the filter you want to apply + there are so many more filters to choose from.
On the other hand Instagram is way faster and much more user friendly, and I haven't really understood how the VSCO grid works. I mean, I can have my own grid, but I can't follow other people's work, can I? (I may have missed out on something here - if so, please tell me!)
This week we went to the woods, aka Dyrehaven in Klampenborg, not far from Copenhagen. It was a wonderful day, we took one of the horse carriages from the train station to the amusement park called Bakken, and from there we walked all the way up to the stunning castle Eremitageslottet, where the deers were all over and around us, as you can see from the photo below. I will soon share some more photos from our day.
The rest of the week has been about seeing friends, visiting my dad, trying the water bus for the first time, shopping, eating organic and vegetarian hot dogs, drinking lots of coffee and doing a commissioned photo session.
Next week I will be back in Florence, but before that I still have a few Copenhagen posts to share with you. Stay tuned, and remember that you can see more THIS WEEK posts HERE.
