Although the rain keeps pouring down in Florence there are definitely signs of spring everywhere. Some of them pretty scary. Such as the blooming cherry trees which I have seen over the past couple of months and lately in our local park as well. It is way too early for that but I have to say I enjoy them and I think I might take my camera out for a walk this weekend trying to catch some of the flowers.

I have also started a gigantic personal project: Printing all of my old photos. Although I do print some of my photos on a regular basis (Every year I make an annual photo book for my daughter documenting the year that went by), I have to admit that most of my stuff is still kept inside the computer (and properly backed up of course!).

Well, I have decided that it's time to get up to date with everything. My philosophy is a bit like "if it ain't worth putting in paper it ain't worth keeping." And since I am already pretty severe when it comes to sorting out my photos and only keeping the best ones... well, let's just say I have a lot to print.

It's gonna cost me in time and money, but I think it's worth it.
