Cherry trees at Bispebjerg Cemetery | Copenhagen

If you live in Copenhagen or follow some Copenhagen blogs I'm pretty sure these photos don't need any further introduction.

The cherry tree alley in Bispebjerg Cemetery has become quite a show over the past years. People get up in the middle of the night to be here as soon as the cemetery opens in order to (maybe) have the alley to themselves and thus get the perfect picture with no one in it.

I was just happy to actually be in Copenhagen for the very first time during the relatively short period where the trees are in full bloom.

So one morning I grabbed my camera and jumped on my bike to go and see the pink sea for myself. I wasn't the only one, but to be honest it was okay and I think the photos turned out well anyway.
